Murder charge-sheet submitted

ISLAMABAD: Charge-sheet was submitted on Tuesday against Abrar, the Bharakahu murder case accused, in the sessions court and the court called him again on 28th for next hearing. Ibrar Qazi and his accomplice in the murder of two girls -- Sawera Hakim and Shahzadi Bibi -- were presented in the courtroom to hear Judge Kausar Zaidi announce the charge-sheet.
On the next date of hearing the court will see evidences against them, The Spokesman has learnt. Advocate Rukshanda, the counsel for the accused, told The Spokesman that her clients had confessed their crime in front of a magistrate but not in front of a sessions court. “The future course of the case will depend upon the evidence. The police have already been given orders to exhume the graves of the victims to provide the evidence to the court.”
Ibrar Qazi and his lover Zahra Mehek were arrested in February for murdering Shahzadi Bibi, aged 11. Qazi has already told police that he raped Bibi fefore killing her. During the investigation, the couple disclosed that they also victimised four more girls whom Zahra gave toxic medicine before Ibrar raped the unconscious girls.
