Murderer of wife arrested
ISLAMABAD: The man, who murdered his wife brutally after slaughtering her on May 2, has finally been arrested on Wednesday. The Aabpara police raided on a house located near fire brigade office in Sector G-7 and arrested Rabnawaz, alleged for murdering his wife Shazia Bibi. After the arrest, he confessed the murder during the investigation.
According to the accused, he murdered his wife Shazia as he had a doubt over her character. Jibran Ali, son of the accused on Thursday 2 May had lodged an FIR against his stepfather Rabnawaz. He stated in the FIR that the incident occurred at 1pm while he was away from his house, but when he came back to his home, he found his mother lying dead on the floor while his stepfather was not present in the house. He also stated that after the death of his father, his mother Shazia Bibi consummated her second marriage with Rabnawaz, the accused.
